He is called stone cold steve austin, The wrestling god who with his “little birdies” thrown in the face of his opponents became the ultimate attitude icon of our generation. Everything attached to stone cold, whether it was the most thrilling finisher ever “The Stone cold stunner” or the “power punches” bore his trademark signature of being an Anti-Hero an Anti establishment persona ready to pounce on you even for the slightest dishonor. His feuds with vince mcmahon were a dream only some employees get to act against their own boss. And what a life of honor he lead inside the ring! Everyone knows it’s all scripted but who can forget that match between him and bret hart in wrestlemania 13 where although he lost by submission but only after fainting out in reality and in turn won millions of hearts by his brilliant performance.

He was a fearless man. His saying “Drink Beer Fuck Fear” epitomises this. Few would argue if I propose that his entrance was awe inspiring, jaw dropping, head rolling, eye popping view that invoked fear in his opponents like none other.He celebrated his win by bursting beer cans and drinking it. It was consider a great honor if you were able to share a can with him, such was his respect. Few even got a stunner when they pushed their luck too far with austin.

This man’s greatness in wrestling sports can never be measured by the world titles he won,  but by his dominance in and outside the ring, the respect he commanded, and the love he had from his fans who till this day swear by austin.
